We know how important it is for your order to arrive safely and on time. That’s why we wrap all Gaming PCs in secure memory foam and offer free UK mainland delivery.

How Delivery Works:

  • Standard Free Delivery: Arrives within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri).
  • Tracked & Express Options: Need it faster? Reach out to Greg via email or chat to arrange premium delivery options, including:
    • Tracked Delivery (2-3 working days)
    • Express Delivery (1-2 working days)

For extra peace of mind, we use DPD & Evri’s PIN Delivery System:

  1. You’ll receive a unique PIN code from either DPD or Evri.
  2. You must give this code to the driver on delivery.
  3. This ensures only you receive your package—no mix-ups, no hassle.

As a backup, we also have a 'Track My Order' page on our site where you can enter your tracking number.

Easy & Hassle-Free Returns 💡

We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as straightforward as possible.

You Can Return Your Order If:

✅ You change your mind: You have 30 days to return an unused item for a full refund. Just send it back in its original packaging, in re-saleable condition. Return postage costs apply.
✅ Your item arrives damaged or incorrect: If we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return cost and make it right ASAP.
✅ Your item is faulty: If something isn’t working as it should, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund.

All returns must have an RMA number (we’ll guide you through this) and should be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
