What’s Covered?

  • Full Labour and Parts Coverage: All internal components of your PC (CPU, GPU, RAM, PSU, etc.) are covered for repairs and replacements.
  • Bundles Coverage: If you purchase a PC bundle, peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, and mice are included in the warranty.
  • Prepaid Returns: If your PC develops a fault within the first 12 months, we will provide a prepaid return label, ensuring a cost-free and smooth return process.
  • Expert In-House Repairs: We handle all repairs in-house, ensuring fast turnaround times and high-quality servicing.
  • Equivalent Component Replacement: If a component needs to be replaced, we will provide an equivalent model based on availability.
  • Warranty Continuation: A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What’s Not Covered?

While our warranty covers a wide range of issues, the following are not included:

  • Software Issues & Accidental Damage: Problems caused by software errors, misuse, or physical damage are not covered.
  • Unauthorized Modifications & Repairs: Any repairs or modifications performed by a third party will void the warranty.
  • Third-Party Component Issues: If a customer upgrades their PC with third-party components, the warranty will not cover any issues caused by those components.
  • Improper Use or Environmental Damage: Defects caused by improper storage, misuse, moisture, fire, corrosion, infestation, negligence, or natural disasters are not covered.

Support & Upgrades

  • Lifetime Remote Troubleshooting: Available during the 1-year warranty period, and after the warranty expires.
  • Affordable Upgrades: Customers can benefit from discounted component upgrades to keep their system performing at its best.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

  • Any incorrect or damaged goods must be reported as soon as possible after delivery for a free replacement or refund.
