If a component develops a fault during the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.

If you've purchased one of our Gaming PC Bundles, your included monitor, keyboard, mouse and headset are also covered under your warranty.

If your PC develops a hardware fault during the warranty period, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label so returning your PC won't cost you anything.

Making a Warranty Claim is Easy

Exclusions

While our warranty is designed to provide comprehensive protection, there are a small number of situations where it does not apply.

These include:

  • Accidental or physical damage.
  • Software issues, corruption or operating system problems.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling.
  • Damage caused by liquids, fire, corrosion or unsuitable environmental conditions.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised third-party repairs or modifications.
  • Problems or damage caused by third-party hardware upgrades or incompatible components.
  • Damage caused by manual overclocking, increased voltages, altered power or thermal limits, or operating components outside the manufacturer's recommended specifications.

Manufacturer-supported performance features configured by Galactic Gaming (such as approved BIOS settings or memory profiles) remain fully covered under your warranty.

Legal Information

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Galactic Gaming and used within the United Kingdom.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Repair or replacement of a product does not restart the original warranty period.

The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by unauthorised modifications, repairs, overclocking, component alterations, or operation outside the manufacturer's recommended specifications. Unrelated components and faults remain covered for the duration of the applicable warranty.

Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, those statutory rights.

Galactic Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK law.
