YOUR PC JUST ARRIVED! BUT NOW WHAT?

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECIEVE YOUR ORDER 

Step 1:

Unboxing Your PC

When you open the box, you’ll notice we’ve included the original packaging for your components—don’t worry, your PC is fully assembled and ready to go! We recommend holding onto these boxes, as they’ll be useful for warranty purposes in the future.

Step 2:

Remove Internal Packaging

Before powering up your system, carefully take out any protective foam or air cushions inside the case. These are there to keep everything secure during shipping.

Step 3:

Check Your Cables

Take a moment to inspect all visible cables inside and outside your PC. Shipping can sometimes cause minor shifts, so double-check that everything is snug and properly connected.

Step 4:

Connecting Your Monitor

Ensure your display is plugged into the correct port. If your PC has a dedicated graphics card, connect your monitor to one of the lower ports on the back of the machine. If your system runs on integrated graphics, use the top ports instead.

Step 5:

Powering Up Your PC

Now for the exciting part—turning on your new gaming setup. If your PC doesn’t power on right away, check that the power supply switch at the back is turned on before pressing the front power button. Enjoy your new machine!

Looking for your extras? Any USB WiFi dongles, power cables, or antennas for your PCI-E WiFi card can be found inside the motherboard box for safekeeping.

PUT THE PACKAGING TO THE SIDE 

If you ever need to process a return or warranty claim, having the original boxes and packaging will be essential—they’re designed to keep your PC’s components safe.

SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND

To make sure your child is grinning ear to ear on their special day, we’ve removed the graphics card for safe shipping if you ordered a 4080 or higher. You’ll need to install it yourself, but don’t worry—our step-by-step tutorial will guide you through it.
