We understand that buying a gaming PC is a big decision, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind or aren't satisfied within 30 days of receiving your PC, you can return it for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us First – If you're considering a return, please email support@galactic-gaming.co.uk with your Order Number and reason for return. Many issues can be resolved quickly, and we're happy to help!

Return Options – You can choose to:
- Use our DPD Collection Service (£20 collection fee deducted from refund), or
- Arrange your own shipping method.
- Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days, provided the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions & Exclusions
- Notification Period – You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it. After our approval, you have 7 days to send it back.
- Condition of the Item – The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories included. PCs that show signs of use, damage, or missing accessories may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- Activated Software – Software that has been installed or activated (such as Windows licenses) is non-refundable.
- Custom-Built PCs – Because custom-built systems are tailored to individual needs, a cancellation/restocking fee may apply if returned for reasons other than a fault.
- Transit Damage – Customers are responsible for securely packaging returns. Any damage caused by poor packaging may result in deductions for repair costs.
- Data Responsibility – We are not responsible for any data loss. Please back up your files before returning a PC.
Important Return Guidelines
- Original Packaging – Items must be returned in the original box with all accessories. If the box is missing or damaged, a restocking fee may apply.
- Returns Form – A completed Returns Form must be included inside the box.
- Shipping Labels – Do not write directly on product packaging. Please use an external protective box or brown paper to cover labels.
Returns Beyond 30 Days
If the 30-day money-back period has passed, you may still be covered under your 1-Year Warranty for any manufacturing defects. Check our Warranty Policy for details.
- Refunds – Not available after 30 days, but we can assist with repairs or replacements.
- Repairs/Replacements – If a fault occurs within your warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the system at no cost.
Your Consumer Rights
Our policy is designed to provide flexibility and convenience, but it does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under UK law, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery if the product is:
- Faulty (not of satisfactory quality)
- Not fit for purpose (cannot be used for the intended purpose)
- Not as described (does not match the description provided)
Beyond 30 days, you are entitled to repairs or replacements for faulty goods under consumer protection laws.
